I supply my office with acrylic paint for art therapy techniques for your sessions. This was made my a young adult coping with the challenges of their parent’s divorce.

As you walk into my office, you’ll see this layout

This is one of the cozy, comfy chairs where you may enjoy sitting and talking in your therapy session

This is Charlie, one of the feeling cats that helps with figuring out emotions

Adult coloring pages and glitter gel pens are always available to you in sessions

Sometimes, I play guitar and offer children and families to sing along

This is where I usually sit when we meet for sessions

For comfort and warmth, I offer heated relaxing rose and lavender herbal pillows for aromatherapy that you can use in session to soothe your tight muscles

I have a variety of musical instruments to help with emotional expression and release

In addition to in office sessions, I also run animal therapy groups for trauma, social learning, and overall self confidence
