Also, listening to this mediation regularly, such as every morning, can provide calming, rejuvenating energy if you are feeling overwhelmed. Remember, mindfulness meditation is such a beautiful treat for your mind, body, and spirit.

75 Minute Yoga Class with Katie Ziskind

First, this is a 75 min yoga class. But, you’ll hear that when I was recording it, I was anticipating about an hour. Overall, this is a middle level class. So, if you are a beginner, feel free to take breaks. But, all levels are welcome! This is a live recorded yoga class and completely free. Plus, you can listen this yoga class anytime and anywhere. So, if it s a snow day and your favorite yoga class is canceled, play this one. Ease into your yoga practice if you have had some time off your yoga mat. Remember, breathing and these poses takes time and self-love. In this recording, Katie Ziskind guides you through fundamental poses in a gentle, courageous, and flow style class.

How To Prepare To Practice Yoga At Home?

Overall, listen to your own body’s inner signals and signs, if you are going too far. Remember, you are learning about yourself, not comparing yourself to others. Develop inner wisdom during your yoga practice and modify poses as you need. Also, I find it helpful to have two yoga blocks, strap, a blanket, a lavender eye pillow, yoga mat, and comfy clothes.
