A Letter Of Recommendation for “Food and Mood” in East Lyme, Connecticut
April 10, 2019
Katie Ziskind’s presentation of The Gut and Brain Health Connection at the East Lyme Public Library on April 6, 2019, was a hit! Katie was a professional throughout the course of our initial contact to the day-of-delivery of the program. Her presentation was well-researched, confidently delivered, and inclusive of any and all questions from the audience. We had an audience of more than forty, all of whom were engaged during the entire program. Katie took the time to thoroughly answer all questions and met with individuals as we were packing up for the day. Her passion and knowledge for the subject were evident.
It is very easy to work with Katie. Communication is clear and respectful. I wouldn’t hesitate to have her present additional programs at the East Lyme Public Library. In fact, she and I are working on having her return in the fall to deliver another program.
Sincerely,

We had a wonderful presentation by Katie Ziskind at our library in Waterford on September 10th 2019. It was a substantive and engaging talk about food and your brain.
