Contact your therapist or coach directly with more than 48 hours notice, to avoid being charged the full session fee for a cancellation.
To avoid the fee when you can’t make it in person, text your therapist or coach to request a phone or video session instead, or another member of your family may use the scheduled session time to avoid the late fee.
Your first appointment fee is non-refundable. We have a firm 48-hour late cancellation policy for sessions after your first appointment. We charge the card on file 48 hours before every session.
The late fee is your full session fee.
